Sourceforge recently made a change to their mirror servers which breaks
Webmin's auto-update. Instead, you can upgrade from the URL :

http://umn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/webadmin/webmin-1.310-1.noarch.rpm

This can be done on the upgrade page, using the 'From ftp or http URL' option.
