[webmin-l] User Permissions in MySQL

One thing I've also seen recently with an update is that when I first go into the MySQL section,
then click on User Permissions (at the bottom), the "MySQL user details" box comes up with the
correct permission data from the user, except the username gets set to "root" instead of the user I
clicked on.

It almost looks like it starts drawing the screen with the correct username, then it resets to root.
