[webmin-l] 3rd party module - apcupsd

It seems as though Eugene Borodin has gotten lost and his web link for
the apcupsd webmin module has been inoperable for quite some time.

I do have a copy of the last downloaded version that I got from his web
site apcupsd-0.81-2.wbm.gz if anyone needs it or wants to host it for
others to download.

Obviously it isn't maintained but it's very functional.
