[webmin-l] remote file backup - speed throtteling

hello jamie,

is there a way, could you implent a speed throttle for remote file backups  
(via ssh or ftp). the backup server of my webserver is connected over the  
same interface like the world and access to my webservers gets  
considerably slower when doing a backup, so i need something like "nice  
19" for transfer speed when doing a backup.
