Everytime I downgrade versions I first copy /etc/webmin to =
/etc/webmin.copy
and then uninstall the version either manually or via rpm (depends which
package is installed).

Prior to install the older version again I copy /etc/webmin.copy to
/etc/webmin and just let it go.

Normally this should run without any problems.
