Webmin 1.297 development version with the squid module works fine with Squid
2.6.  

 

One comment, I use SuSE LINUX 10.1 and when I executed the command rpm -i
webmin-1.297-1.noarch.rpm and have Webmin 1.29 installed, I get all kinds of
conflict messages and it won't install.  To fix, I wound up going into YaST,
removing Webmin and then installing Webmin 1.297 with the previously
mentioned command.  Is that normal behavior?

Squid 2.6 will be supported in the next Webmin release (1.300). Or you can
install the 1.297 development version from http://www.webmin.com/devel.html
