Who are you registering for the domain name? Will you be responsible for 
your own master zone or will they run it from their servers, and thus 
you are supplying a secondary server?

Who is supplying your IP addresses (public)? Will they delegate the 
reverse domain (arpa.in), or will you have to supply them with your PTR 
record information?

Are you running RFC 1918 addressing (Net10, I am co-author) internally 
and need DNS services internally (this requires careful setup so that 
those addresses do not leak out).

I probably should look to see what tutorials there are out there to help 
with the initial planning. Even before you start any configuring.
