[webmin-l] cannot access installed module

Hello,

today I installed the latest webmin RPM on a machine.
I can login webmin and I can see most modules but syslog-ng.

I found the module on the filesystem, but when I tried to open it using 
the full path I get

Access denied : User root is not allowed to use the System Logs NG module

Now I tried to activate it for root, but it is not in the list of the 
modules.

Please help
