[webmin-l] MySQL Module Broken

Just recently noticed on one of my servers that the mysql module is broken.

I've checked the miniserv.error logs, and this seems to be the culprit:

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/mach/auto/DBD/mysql/mysql.so: Undefined symbol "perl_get_sv"

Any documented fix for this? Upgrading the DBD:MySQL module in the Perl Modules section fails with the same error.
