Indeed .. I presume you aren't running the browser on the same host
as your Webmin server? If not, Java shouldn't even be allowed to connect
to localhost!

I tested these settings myself, and was able to connect to the Webmin
server just fine.

Are you by any change accessing Webmin through some kind of proxy or Apache
forwarding virtual host? This may be confusing the module ..
