[webmin-l] Upgrade Module Snag

I have upgraded Webmin to 1.270. Under the Proxy Servers and Downloads 
section, I have set it to a superb-east (and tried another connection as 
well).

When using the 'Upgrade Webmin' module to try to upgrade Virtualmin (by 
checking Update non-core modules as well) I keep getting the following 
error.

*Updating Webmin modules ..*

Module *file* is already up to date.

Module *ldap-useradmin* is already up to date.

Updating module *virtual-server* to version *2.611*.
          Latest version of Virtualmin.

      Failed to update modules : Failed to connect to
      osdn.dl.sourceforge.net:80 : Connection refused



Any ideas about how to fix this?
