spamassassin doesn't delete mails. Once an email has been delivered,
it's a function of your imap daemon. If you are using cyrus-imapd, it's
rather simple to invoke an expire/delete for emails XX days old as you
are trying to do. Perhaps you want to clue us in on which imap server
you are using.
