[webmin-l] CentOS 4.3 Machine

I have one CentOS 4.3 machine of several which for some reason can't 
seem to see the state of services in the 'Bootup and Shutdown' area. 
Everything shows as No under Start at boot column. Also, in other areas 
like where you can set Webmin to start at boot, it is also listed as No, 
even though in fact during a reboot, the service is started.

I've compared the module config areas between systems and simply can't 
find anything that's different. Any ideas about this one?
