Hi Ravi,
While in EDIT re-create the database, it will complain about a=20
duplicate but ignore. You can then click the database and delete it.

How do I remove from Virtualmin databases that no longer exist?=20
For a given domain the databases are still inside of =C5=93Edit =
Databases=C2=9D=20
when in reality these databases don=E2=84=A2t exist in MySQL. Backup =
fails=20
big time.
