Hi Ravi,
While in EDIT re-create the database, it will complain about a 
duplicate but ignore. You can then click the database and delete it.

How do I remove from Virtualmin databases that no longer exist? 
For a given domain the databases are still inside of =9CEdit Databases=9D 
when in reality these databases don=99t exist in MySQL. Backup fails 
big time.
