[webmin-l] delete public_html and logs in home directory

Hi ,

in virtualmin if one of virtual server owner delete the public_html and 
logs directory in their own home directory via FTP by mistake and the 
httpd wants to restart or reload it will fail and the whole httpd goes 
down for all hosts. How can I prevent it ?
