OK; any idea on how I could solve this with webmin? I mean, presumably I'm =
not the only one using log rotation to limit the size of a log file and to =
make it/them more manageable. So how would one handle a situation where sta=
ts aren't generated for a given run and must be generated on the next run, =
when there's also fresh "today's" stats to be processed.

Looking at the LogFile directive for Awstats, this is listed:

# You can also use a pipe if log file come from a pipe.
# Example: "gzip -d </var/log/apache/access.log.gz |"
# If there is several log files from load balancing servers :
# Example: "/pathtotools/logresolvemerge.pl *.log |"=20

Perhaps WM could allow for this?

I don't think AWstats supports that unfortunately .. but anyone else should
feel free to correct me if I am wrong :)
