noticed this in /etc/syslog local7.debug /var/log/bandwidth !startslip *.* /var/log/slip.log !ppp *.* /var/log/ppp.log There was some stuff (not much about 50 lines)in /var/log/bandwidth but when i did update statistics is seemed to disappear Aha solved that part it was the default Directory for bandwidth data /etc/webmin/bandwidth/hours on bsd it is /usr/local/etc/webmin/bandwidth i tried the hours part but i does not exist should be fine in the fore mentioned dir right? Still seems weird that all i get is dhcp crap wait a minute thats xll thats not right at all xll is my inside interface. Should be logging xl0 according the lines added to ifp.rules what is groin on. Webmin is great it was way to much for me at first, where to begin i was overwelmed it could do everything for me. At the same time I could see how much time and patients it was going to take. With your help it is turning out to be a life saver i mean clicking create virtual domain and watching virtual min do everything for me makes me smile ear to ear THANKS. |
