[webmin-l] Strange error: perl or webmin?

While trying to upgrade a RedHat 7.1 server running Webmin 1.180, I
get the following error:
  require proc/proc-lib.pl failed:
  Died at (eval 18) line 4.

Not sure if this is a webmin error or a perl error.  The last time
this server was updated (several months ago) everything worked.  But
now it doesn't.

OS:  RedHat Linux 7.1
Perl: 5.6.0
Webmin: 1.180
