[webmin-l] Listening interface & vserver

Hello,
I have a problem to setup webmin inside a vserver.  Maybe the prob could
be that the virtual machine doesn't have a loopbak interface.
Structure:
hosts system (webmin listening on port 1010 (Available interface
lo,eth0,eth1) OK
Guest /virtual listening on 1013 Unreachable ...
How can I acheive this.
