Hi, Sorry for the GUI inserted & my Notes RTF email! I am trying to edit an existing Address record and change the ip address to a different subnet(Zone). I click "save" after changing the NEW ip address then click on Module Index and Click on "Apply Changes". Then, I try to change the ip address back to the original subnet(zone)again and when I click "save I get this error: "Failed to save record : Cannot write to Directory." But it still saves the record=3F A bug=3F Anyone encountered this error before=3F I think it has to do with a missing "zone" file in /var/named/: <snip> ls -lt /var/named/ total 116 -rw-rw-r-- 1 named root 4474 Mar 15 12:03 203.57.229.rev -rw-rw-r-- 1 named root 39814 Mar 15 12:03 us.war.weirgroup.net.hosts -rw-rw-r-- 1 named root 21339 Mar 15 10:41 203.57.228.rev -rw-rw-r-- 1 named root 9401 Mar 6 08:34 10.97.20.rev -rw-rw-r-- 1 named root 274 Feb 22 15:38 10.97.24.rev <snip> I have one 10.97.18.X ip and a quite a few 10.97.19.X ip's as well...
