You can actually add the user's ISP router host name to the relays in particular if your users are coming in on dialup. The more secure alternative is to reconfigure the mailer to require authentication before sending mail. Additionally, you have to advise your users to make sure that your mail IP block is entered into their ISPs allowed relay list as most ISPs require port 25 blocking.
