[webmin-l] Pop Email Server - Relay Issues

I am using a Fedora Core box and am having issues with people sending email using POP 
and IMAP. I have to add the IP address of everyone that actually wants to send out 
email as an allowed RELAY. Now I know I am not the only one that does this. People 
have to be able to send email other than through a web based email. What is everyone 
else doing?
