Hi Ryan,
You can do this in the Webmin Users module. Just click on your username, =
and then check the box next to the Virtualmin module, then click Save.

Did you go in and modify the ACLs for whatever user/group you want to=20
access virtualmin, as it tells you?  I always forget I have to do=20
that when I install new modules until its not there.  By default when=20
you install a package through apt, yum or rpm (rather in webmin's=20
interface) it won't be activated for any users, at least in my experience=
.
