Thanks for the quick reply i have tried to do a make deinstall and make reinstall here is what bsd spits out at the end. Does this give u any hints? BTW I would rather stick to the port for now usermin and webmin ports work wonderfully other than the ssl stuff. ===> virtualmin-2.610 depends on file: /usr/local/lib/webmin/webmin-init - found ===> Generating temporary packing list ===> Checking if sysutils/virtualmin already installed =============================================================== You will have to manually grant user permissions to access this module from Webmin. =============================================================== ===> Registering installation for virtualmin-2.610 ----- Original Message ----- From: jca...@we... Normally when a plugin like Virtualmin is installed, it shows up in Webmin automatically as a new icon - in this case it would be under the Servers category. However, I am not sure what installation method the FreeBSD port uses.. Instead, you way just want to download the module's .wbm file from www.webmin.com, and install it using the Webmin Configuration module. - Jamie -----Original Message----- From: "RYAN M. vAN GINNEKEN" <lu...@co...> Subj: [webmin-l] virtualmin Date: Wed 1 Mar 2006 11:45 am Size: 1K To: web...@li... I have installed virtualmin into freebsd 6.1 from the ports but cannot seem to find a way to access it from webmin . Is there some sort of way to activate it like the setup.sh scripts that come with webmin an usermin? -- Computer King/CaNMail http://www.computerking.ca http://www.canmail.org Sales, Service, and Hosting Email, Data, and Web Packages Ask about web design specials Affiliates http://www.computerking.ca/pages/links/affiliates/affiliates.htm Maybe Computer Science should be in the College of Theology. -- R.
