You mean that even if you enter a password with lots of letters and numbers=
, the passwd command still reports that it is based on a dictionary word?! =

Yes, it is still displaying the error.  The current password is sun123 and =
the pasword I changing to is 0o9i8u.

Does this still happen if you actually enter a password that is not
based on a dictionary word? It seems that the passwd command is rejecting
it, and Usermin is properly displaying the error message.
