Hi,

I am using virtualmin with Dovecot. What do you mean that how to use 
Dovecot with Virtualmin ?!
Normally it is working cause the Virtualmin users are always normal unix 
users and as Dovecot point of view there is no diffrence between 
Virtualmin users and normal Unix users. Therefor if you install the 
Dovecot on your unix machine it can deal with the user's mailbox ( or 
maildir depend on your MTA configuration ) like any other users.
As an example if you have a domain like example.com in your virtualmin 
then the Mailboxes under this domain will have a unix user like this :

in...@ex... ---> info.example      ( This style can change in 
virtualmin it self )

so when you want to connect to the pop3 or imap server your username 
will be info.example with the password and you will be able to check 
your email from Dovecot or any other standard POP3 servers.
