Hi Neil,
It looks like your virtuals file has an entry Postfix cannot handle ... perhaps something with a * or other regular expression in it.

Yep... for some reason that was missing... it used to be there.... :) because I have other virtual domains on the server in question..
It seems to update the virtual.db file, but issues a warning:
... Mail for domain failed! : Failed to regenerate table /etc/postfix/virtual: postmap: warning: dict_open_dlinfo: wildcard dynamic map entry no longer supported. at ../web-lib-funcs.pl line 839.
Which I suspect is a postfix issue and not a webmin issue...
