FWIW, you haven't entirely gone batty.  A lot of things that were once 
in the Module Configuration are now in Server Templates.  This is a good 
thing, but might be confusing if you expect to find it in the old 
location.  It's good because you can now define as many templates as you 
like with various sets of configuration details.  And in case anyone 
hasn't noticed yet, Server Templates are Way Cool(tm).
