The biggest pain of backup dns is having to take a few seconds to go manage it for them. :) Anyone could do backup for anyone with no hassle.. Along those lines.. Maybe make it a bit easier for them to: create a limited user, for bind management when they create a master on thier machine using webmin... Like I already do with my slaves, but geared towards doing backup for another webmin user. Note: would allowing rpc from this limited user be an issue?
