short answer, yes. But then so does anyone on the net, and believe me, there are likely bots going around testing for responses on port 10000 everywhere they can get to. Not sure about the config for this if you are not running apache, but maybe you can deny access either at the firewall, or at the web server to IP addresses you don't trust.
