Experimenting recently with the mon module, I get an "unknown directive:
serverbind" when attempting to use any of the links in the module.  This
directive is documented in the man page (e.g. what address should server
bind).  Perhaps a bug?  Comment it out and everything works as expected.

Also, I note that the Debian package no longer includes the mon.cgi and
related files.  Instead they have a monshow command which theoretically
works from either the command line or as a cgi.  I wonder if you'd
consider either/both of allowing a choice between mon.cgi/monshow in the
module config, or including a hyperlink to the mon.cgi home on
SourceForge: http://moncgi.sourceforge.net/ to make it easier on those
who don't know they have to install it separately?
