Yes I own my IP and I am using 192.168 as an example, and I have restarted
the bind

And did you restart your bind server? It needs to be so it will pick up 
the chsnges.

Other than this and are you sure you own your IP's to be able to do rDNS?

And a 192.168.*.* will never be on the Internet. Those are only private 
IP addresses. I think you were using those as an example, right?
