acutally... at least with sendmail as MTA, procmail as the LDA and Qpopper as the POP3 client... the /var/spool/mail/account-name file is created by the system when account-name receives the first piece of mail. in other words... after creating a user with the webmin/user module, and then be sure that us...@yo... can receive mail for account-name try to send an email to us...@yo... and see what happens!
