You'll need a web browser with java and javascript according to the 
webex site.  You can test your browser at https://my.webex.com/join.php#

A webinar is a seminar held on the web.  You watch demos or what have 
you and ask questions of the moderator/host either via text chat or 
telephone conference calls.
