Hi, Ive come across this before (on a totaly diferant machine), and ended up reinstalling the machine to get around it, but i have a very minimal install of debian (running in a vserver). installed webmin with :- apt-get install webmin it got the perl stuff etc. and installed a basic webmin (you only get the 'webmin' page) now when i go into 'upgrade webmin' i get the error 'module proc does not exist' in the main part of the page (im still getting the titles and header of the page as well as the footer area) It just refuses to do an upgrade this happened both with the debian version of webmin 1.180 and 1.230 running debian sarge, clean install within a vserver any pointers? also i noticed that (in the host for the verser) that webmin is binding as follows :- # netstat -lp Active Internet connections (only servers) Proto Recv-Q Send-Q Local Address Foreign Address State PID/Program name tcp 0 0 192.168.0.250:10000 *:* LISTEN 3043/perl tcp 0 0 192.168.0.250:ssh *:* LISTEN 2911/sshd udp 0 0 *:10000 *:* 3043/perl udp 0 0 *:bootpc *:* 2547/dhclient Active UNIX domain sockets (only servers) Proto RefCnt Flags Type State I-Node PID/Program name Path the first 2 lines are after setting webmin to listen on one ip only, is there a way to get it to bind to the same ip for the udp?
