[webmin-l] updating webmin in debian 'module proc does not exist' {Scanned}

Hi,

Ive come across this before (on a totaly diferant machine), and ended up 
reinstalling the machine to get around it, but i have a very minimal 
install of debian (running in a vserver).
installed webmin with :-
apt-get install webmin

it got the perl stuff etc. and installed a basic webmin (you only get 
the 'webmin' page)
now when i go into 'upgrade webmin' i get the error 'module proc does 
not exist' in the main part of the page
(im still getting the titles and header of the page as well as the 
footer area)
It just refuses to do an upgrade
this happened both with the debian version of webmin 1.180 and 1.230
running debian sarge, clean install within a vserver

any pointers?

also i noticed that (in the host for the verser) that webmin is binding 
as follows :-

the first 2 lines are after setting webmin to listen on one ip only, is 
there a way to get it to bind to the same ip for the udp?
