Perhaps Dovecot is not configured to listen on the POP3 port? In the latest version of Webmin there is a dovecot module, and under its first icon you can select which protocols are in use. Most likely IMAP is selected, but POP3 is not.

Hi.

I was setting up POP 3 and i noticed that i get a connection refused on port 110. Mail works great with IMAP but the port 110 gives a connection refused even when i try to telnet from localhost, the port just doesnt budge. I have checked my nat settings, the IP tables, and everything, nothing seems at odds. I even set enforce 0 to take care of SELinux. 

I am using CENT OS 4.2 With Virtualmin Pro.
