What sort of hardware are you talking about?

Try RedHat 7.3.  It's still supported by the Fedora Legacy project;  I
found it ran fine on P100/32M and up.

If that's too heavy, try 7.0 - but note that there is NO security
support provided for free anywhere I know of.

It sure won't be running Webmin if it's that ancient and creaky...
