If you go to the Bandwidth Usage page and click on the 'Parent and
sub-servers' link, does it show any usage at all for your sub-domains?

By the way, for alias websites that are created by just adding another
ServerAlias entry to the main server's httpd.conf section, there will
never be any web bandwidth recorded as they have no separate website..
Instead, it will all accumulate against the parent server.
