Usermin is configured separately .. to adjust the domain it uses, you
need to do the following :

1) Go to the Usermin Configuration module
2) Click on Usermin Module Configuration
3) Click on Read Mail
4) On the page that appears you can set the domain name for outgoing
mail, or even choose a file that maps different users to different
domains.
