Nope. I enabled the module for Usermin and it displayed root's crontab (I recognized it immediately because mine is significantly different.) I created a new entry, then checked & it was also created in root's crontab. Interestingly, it didn't display _all_ of root's crontab. Things like /usr/libexec/atrun and periodic daily, weekly, monthly were not listed.
