Do your users have access to the Scheduled Cron Jobs module in Usermin? Because that is needed in order to be able to set up a cron job to fetch email..

Also, make sure they are not denied access by cron's own internal configuration, which can be managed by the Cron module in Webmin.

When users access the Fetchmail module in Usermin and click on the button to configure scheduled checking via cron, they get an error saying they're not authorized to configure scheduled checking.  

How do I authorize them? I've not been able to find any config info on the subject inside Usermin or Webmin.
