[webmin-l] Not Authorized - Fetchmail and Cron

When users access the Fetchmail module in Usermin and click on the button t=
o
configure scheduled checking via cron, they get an error saying they're not
authorized to configure scheduled checking.

How do I authorize them? I've not been able to find any config info on the
subject inside Usermin or Webmin.
