give the user access to the sendmail module... then, edit the access for that user (on the webmin users configuration, under the name of your client, you click on the "sendmail" module, and there you answer all "no" except for aliases... you can restrict which aliases your client can change) I do not know anyway to show the aliases without having a sendmail module.. but I suppose that it's possible!
