If you look at the headers of every eMail sent to this list you will see the 
following line:

List-Unsubscribe: 
<mailto:web...@li...?subject=unsubscribe>

So please send a blank eMail to

web...@li...

with the subject

unsubscribe

and you should get a confirmation eMail back which tells oyu to confirmate 
the unsubsribing by just sending the confimation back.
