[webmin-l] Webmin 1.230 signature failure

Hello Jamie, Joe and all the Webmin Gurus! Curiously, I attempted to upgrade my Webmin to: 1.230. I am upgrading from a local file. The error message and the system particulars follow. Any and all: comments, solutions, rants and raves welcomed.

Upon attempt to upgrade via local file I receive the following error condition:

Failed to upgrade from /home/dwbrown/tmp/webmin/webmin-1.230.tar.gz : 
RPM signature verification failed :

error: /home/dwbrown/tmp/webmin/webmin-1.230.tar.gz: rpmReadSignature failed

Webmin current: 1.220
