Thanks Jamie, although I have a correction.  I looked at the code a
little further (since the changelog is very confusing), and found that
the enableRepo option was added on 10/19/2004 in yum version _*2.1.10*_:

The change in version 2.3.2 that I stated earlier was that these options
were added to the new interactive yum shell, which first appeared in
Fedora Core 4.
