Hi Jamie,
Yes I'm using the standard Change Passwords module in 1.160. I can
also confirm that it happens in 1.150 too but as my colleague didn't
tell me users were getting this failure message it could also be
happening in previous releases.
Cheers for your help on this and the effort you put into Webmin and
Usermin, they are really great tools.
