[webmin-l] Unable to use SSH/Telnet outside of network

I'm unable to use the SSH/Telnet program outside of my local network.  I
know this is probably a setting inside my Red Hat ES 4.0, but was hoping
someone could tell me what to change in Webmin to get this to work.
