Okay I had to do some updating on my site (FAQ) and on the script to handle some issues but here it is SSH Brute Force Black List v1.9 Please take note this is not a plug in to Webmin or Virtualmin this is strictly a Perl script that will help you against brute force attacks under ssh. You can modify it to work as an FTP Brute Force Black List. If you are unable to make that modification then I can make a separate mod for that purpose just post it on the forums and I will get around to it. You can download it at. http://www.vernonspangler.org/modules.php?name=Downloads Under MY Scripts ------------------------------------------ Vernon J. Bear in mind this will not block your attacks, it will only block an attacker from logging into Webmin, it is better to block the IP from your box all together. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Tame your development challenges with Apache's Geronimo App Server.
